The DA40 25-43 offers a variety of applications. The device is simple to operate.  By squeezing the black power pump handle the inner rod will extend from the tube (comparable to a silicone gun!).
The inner rod can also be extended manually and then tightened by pushing the lever on the spanner.  By pressing harder, the force applied can exceed 220lbs (=100kg). This ensures that the device is firmly pressed and snug against the work surface.

Examples of applications:

• Installation of door frames in masonry or brickwork.
• Prevention of burglary (horizontally pivoted windows).
• Prevention from objects sliding in van or trunk of car.
• Temporarily coat or clothing rack in hall or between door frames.
